We heard from the "scheduler" at Duke today, and we are a go for February. Charlotte is scheduled for her heart catheterization on February 12. This will be an overnight stay at the hospital, and then her surgery will be one or two weeks later. The surgeon will assess the info after the cath and then schedule us. The good news in this is that Charlotte is doing well enough that they aren't rushing to get her in sooner.
We had a cardio appointment last week, and Charlotte had an echo (an ultrasound of her heart) and an ekg, which measures heart function. Everything looked great. She is definitely starting to look more blue, but that is totally expected since she is getting bigger and her heart is working harder.
